CME Certificates

In order to streamline the distribution of certificates of attendance and CME certificates, we have designed this simple retrieval system. Unless specifically requested, certificates will not be mailed or faxed. We hope you find this new system to be a positive experience. Contact the Senior CME Manager to request a printed certificate.

Please select the meeting for which you are seeking a certificate. You will be asked to enter two pieces of information. Keep in mind that these are driven by a registration database. If you did not supply an email address on your registration form, we do not have one in this system. If you have difficulty with this process, please call our office at 703-691-1805.

CME Certificates available on this web site are for physicians only.
