Adverse Events After Percutaneous Transhepatic Biliary Drainage: A 10-Year Retrospective Analysis

Following completion of this CME activity, the participant will be able to:

• Understand the the most common adverse events with percutaneous biliary drain placement.  
• Describe the risk factors for adverse events during PTBD placement.
• Discuss insights into how to more safely perform percutaneous biliary drains.

This program is designed to meet the educational needs of interventional radiologists, nurses, techs, and trainees at all levels with special interest in managing patients with need for percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage.
