Following completion of this CME activity, the participant will be able to:

• Discuss possible indications for SG in the cannulation zone of a hemodialysis circuit
• Understand cannulation success following SG placement
• Describe SG placement technique for use in a hemodialysis circuit cannulation zone

This program is designed to meet the educational needs of interventional radiologists, nurses, techs, and trainees at all levels with special interest in managing patients with hemodialysis circuits.
